We ship our products to the delivery address provided by the customer. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will take place within the timeframe indicated during the checkout process. All delivery times are non-binding unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout and are to be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
If a product is unavailable or delivery is delayed, the customer will be informed promptly via email.
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer or a third party designated by the customer takes possession of the goods.
